The LGBT Caucus continues our work to promote equal rights for all LGBT people in Douglas County. The Caucus' mission statement is:
- Support the Douglas County Democratic Party and its candidates.
- Provide a forum in which lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender citizens and supporters may gather and discuss issues and advise the county Party on matters of interest to the LGBT community.
- Promote activities in support of the LGBT community in Douglas County.
